Brimstone: Major Appearances, Gaming Roles, and Spicy Announcements

Updated: 6 days ago

As the weather heats up, so does Brimstone... I'm about to be tearing into Spring | Summer 2025 with a vengeance—unleashing an epic lineup of television, gaming, convention appearances, and a full-scale rebrand of my Award Winning sauces and seasonings. SO many amazing things that have been happening and I have had very little time to catch up! Well, I am about to drop a WHOLE bunch of recent, current and upcoming projects and appearances to keep all of you Borderhounds out there looped in! Strap in for a BrimBLOG that will include voice-over drops, major news, on-screen in a beloved HBO MAX franchise as well as ghostly adventures on Amazon Prime Video. If that wasn't enough, I'll be serving as a celebrity judge at some of the nation’s top food festivals... so there are a LOT of opportunities to catch up with me while out and about!

And Just Like That... Premiered May 29th, 2025 on HBO MAX

And Just Like That… I am now cannon in the wildly popular Sex and the City spin-off series that premiered on HBO MAX on May 29th, 2025 - What an honor and privilege it was to work with Director, Michael Patrick King... SO good at what he does and I legit had a wonderful time on set [Photos Here]. It was really so very nice working alongside Sarita Choudhury (who is also a big player on Fallout). Anyway, it is always fun seeing what is finally cut together after all the work is put into filming... we legit filmed TWO full days for THREE different scenes that was then cut down into approximately FOUR minutes of screen

time! Hollywood is absolutely crazy, but I wouldn't trade it for the world. I also wanted to take a moment to address a reoccurring topic that people have been asking me - They have asked, why I was doing curls with the cooler in the final scene? For some reason, people enjoyed such a small nuanced, comedic thing I did... Thank you! So I will now explain: When we were shooting the scenes, the scene at the initial pier was shot first - so the cooler was full of prop ice, food and of course water. When we went to the second pier, Michael wanted me to be standing there holding

the cooler, which normally wouldn't be a big deal... if there were handles, if not still completely full of the props, and for countless takes! Lmao, so there were no handles on the cooler - I had to hold it by the small lip around the top... if you've never seen the size of my hands, they're big - so my fingers could barely fit on the edges! If that were not bad enough... EVERYTHING was still in there, so it weighed quite a bit to be resting on the tips of my fingers for an over-extended period of time. Therefore, since my fingers were literally running out of feeling - and my character was supposed to me 'minding my own business' - I figured why not try to get my blood flowing by doing curls with the cooler. Surprisingly, they left it in. Hahaha, so there is the reasoning behind all that! Anyway, you can catch a screen shot of that in the Screen Rant article HERE if you are interested. It is not a big deal, but I thought it was something fun to write about. If you'd like to WATCH the scenes aforementioned, you can see them HERE.

Leveling Up in Cookie Cutter Overkill Edition

In the world of gaming, you can find my voice on your consoles in the most badass new Metroidvania games to hit the market in quite some time! Finally, Cookie Cutter Overkill Edition is available on Nintendo Switch. I am thrilled to say that I voice not one... but three AWESOME characters in the game! I absolutely loved breathing life into these wacky characters including the gritty and peculiar Poppah, the merc Theo, and the mischievously bizarre Pisso - a Nintendo Switch-exclusive Easter egg that's already becoming a cult favorite among players. This game is SO unbelievably visually stunning... a literal punk-rock-inspired adventure! The game is also being updated with all the voiceover on Playstation, XBox and Steam - so you'll get the full experience on any of your chosen gaming platforms. If you would like to see video of me voicing the characters - you can catch that video HERE - As well as the trailer and a fun sneak peek of Pisso by watching the video HERE (Don't worry... no spolier on where to actually FIND me). I hope you grab a copy and enjoy the adventure!!!

Getting Spooky on Amazon Prime Video with Dark Echoes Paranormal

For those of you who did NOT know that I did the guest thing on a Paranormal show last year... I did - and it is now FINALLY available on Amazon Prime Video (albeit it has already been available on other platforms including Paraflixx and Roku since last year). The double episode ghost hunt is with Dark Echoes Paranormal and took place at the Historic Palmyra Museum in Haunted Palmyra. I can not even begin to tell you how insane this experience was - I waited a long time to officially do this, and it did not disappoint. Honestly, there were so many things that happened off-camera... literally a litany of experiences that I want to discuss at length. If

Brimstone Investigates Haunted, Historic Palmyra on Dark Echoes Paranormal - Palmyra, New York.

I was not there witnessing it for myself, I am pretty sure that I would not even necessarily believe the things that I witnessed! Truthfully one of the most mind-boggling adventures that I've ever had. Many times, these shows don't really get a lot of activity... I was lucky, or unlucky enough to experience almost everything that you could possibly experience doing something like this. I will also say that these folks were legit - there were no strings, nobody behind the curtain... it was wild. I want to tell this story soon and at length - but I think it best done on film to preserve its posterity. I DO promise it will be worth the wait. That being said - I had the privilege of filming with Lead Investigator and Host, Matthew Kondracki as well as Psychic

Medium, Greg Nicholas - and the Museum Executive Director Tracy Murphy. There is such a tremendous amount of history wrapped into not only the area itself, but within the walls of the museum itself... and beyond. I hope that everyone checks out the entire two episodes - if you would like a sneak peek... please take a look at the teaser trailer [Watch HERE]. I'm not going to tell you the results of this investigation, but I will say that I'm intrigued by everything I witnessed and would like to potentially do more of these appearances. I would love to work with different teams and see if the things I experienced happen again - I would like to say... they probably will. Anyway, go watch the FULL EPISODES HERE.

Animated Voiceover CollaBRIM-ations to Watch

If you didn't already know - I do a LOT of voiceover work. I absolutely LOVE teaming up with some of the coolest animation content creators out there when the opportunities present themselves! I have been doing a bunch of fun things with Lil' Potates including some excerpts from my motivational and inspirational coffee table book, Brim-isms (forward by Charles Martinet). You can watch a few of them HERE | HERE | HERE | HERE. I returned to the world of Ell Cartoons with a fun cameo in a new Kate and Kit short - fun fact: I put SO much into it... my face got bright red! It's always a pleasure to work with Ell and I'm looking forward to doing it more. You can watch it HERE. One of my FAVORITE collabs has been with my gal-pal Java Doodles who I am sure you've seen a bazillion times on social media! So we tested

the market with an old story of mine from childhood about that little tag that we've all encountered on mattresses' before... now with well over 2 MILLION views - we've decided that it would be a cool idea to continue knocking out content together! I have three other childhood stories that I've recorded and sent off... and now we wait. I am really excited to watch Java bring my stories back-to-life. They have lived with me for so long, it'll be fantastic to see them play out on-screen for everyone else to enjoy! If you'd like to take a look at the video titled, Under Penalty of the Law - you can watch it HERE. I really hope that you fall in love with our stories as much as we are loving putting them out there. Some of the stories I'll be telling will be about a Skiing Trip gone REALLY wrong (really REALLY wrong), a Camp Story that I shockingly survived, and a Near Drowning experience that I don't think I have ever gotten over. They will all be entertaining - I can promise you that much!

Rebranding the Heat: Brimstone Sauces & Seasonings

This year marks the official rebrand of my beloved sauces and seasonings in partnership with Hot Shots Distribution - the powerhouse distribution company who previously acquired Cajohn’s Fiery Foods... the company that was instrumental in the original creation and distribution of the expansive, award winning line of products. The newly reimagined product line will roll out with a bold look and very expanded reach, reintroducing several fan-favorite blends (For more in-detail descriptions - Click HERE):

  • Brimstone: Necrocide – Dangerously hot with a deep, distinct flavor profile

  • Brimstone: Sweet Heart Treat A playful balance of sweet and heat

  • Brimstone: Flavor Behavior – Bold, versatile, and unapologetically flavorful

  • Brimstone: Dust from Hell – A scorching spice blend that's not for the faint of heart.

And fear not, loyal heat-seekers - My legendary Torched Stone Thai will continue to remain available exclusively through Torchbearer Sauces, continuing its reign as a favorite among spice lovers nationwide. Side Note... Catch a discounted deal and stock up with a 3-Pack HERE. If you haven't tried it yet - NOW is the best time! If you want more info - Read up HERE. Fun reviews HERE and HERE. Again, I am uber-psyched that everything is getting a little bit of a refresher and I look forward to developing a few more flavors to add to the collection as well - So stay tuned for that!

A Jam-Packed Event Schedule

If you’re looking to meet me in person, Spring and Summer 2025 offer plenty of opportunities. Here’s where I’ll be making appearances, judging competitions, and touring. Unfortunately, as of publishing this article - some of the appearances have already come and gone (I'm sorry - my time has been slim to none), but there are plenty of other dates to choose from. You can also peruse my Official Schedule to see where else I may be in the coming months, as well as get up-to-date information via my Official Instagram. Furthermore, if you happen to be a promoter who is interested in having me at YOUR event - Please visit the Contact Area here on my Official Website and forward a message to the appropriate person. Here are a few highlighted appearances below.

  • Cradle Con – May 17–18 | Long Island, NY | Meet & Greet Signing:

I've been signing for Cradle Con since its inception and plan to stay a guest here until they are no longer running events! This was yet another great year of getting to hang-out and spend time with fans and friends in my own backyard! It's no secret that I'm from Long Island, New York and I champion it whenever I can. That being said, doing events at the Cradle of Aviation is like coming home for me. Seeing so many familiar faces as well as the array of talented up-and-comers who attend the event each year always brings a smile to my face. You can see a promo video I did for Bitten Apple TV that weekend by clicking HERE. If you are one of the awesome people who came out to see me this past month - I greatly appreciate you! If you didn't, but wanted to... there are other Long Island dates below that you can catch me at.

  • Rib King NYC – May 24 | Celebrity Judge for the city's juiciest BBQ battle:

This is one of my favorite events of the year to judge! I legitimately enjoy Rib King NYC and the cast of unique characters who are the other judges and cooks/chefs who make this event something VERY special. This is the same group that also does Brisket King NYC and Pig Island annually - and I can promise you that you will have an incredible, edible time whether rain or shine! The food is AMAZING and the people are even better. It is an honor and a privilege to not only judge, but MC the event as well - there is nothing like a crowd attending an event in Brooklyn... loud and proud! Oh, the results from THIS year's competition? Well, Vincent Mangual of Empire BBQ won the title of Rib King for the 2nd year in a row. Runner-up was Anthony Scerri of Smoke Sweats BBQ with his creation, 'The Bride'. The People's Choice went to Brothers Barbecue with their Sticky Ribs. The competition was fierce! For ALL the award winners and re-caps - please visit Rib King Online and a breakdown at NYCBBQ.

  • Food Network Filming at Red’s, Salem, MA – June 9

  • Meeting with the Mayor of Salem, MA – June 10

  • National BBQ Festival, NY – June 13–15 | Celebrity Judge

OMG... the National BBQ Festival 2025. This right here... this is going to be a big daddy of a festival - literally one for the ages! We've had a lot of foodie events where I'm from on Long Island, but nothing that compares to the sheer magnitude that the National BBQ Festival is destined to bring to Long Islanders. I'm psyched to be judging for all three days of this epic event which will be taking place on Father's Day weekend. As of right now, there are still tickets available - but I would suggest grabbing them stat as it will seemingly sell-out. If you want to hear a little more about MY thoughts on the upcoming event, click HERE. You can purchase your tickets HERE - and you can also check out the current schedule HERE. I'm looking forward to seeing what the teams are going to bring - and I am seriously hoping it's going to be the flavor! Anyway, I again highly recommend that you add this festival to your schedules before you regret it... at least get tickets for the dad's in your life! They'll appreciate it.

  • LI Pop Nostalgia Con, Mineola, NY – July 11–12 | Signing & Merch

  • CP Nassau County Sci-Fi Mini-Con – July 19 | Supporting a great cause

  • San Diego Comic Con – Potential Dates TBA | West Coast fans, stay tuned!

Spring Recap: BBQ, Horror & Halloween

April was a whirlwind month for me with headline appearances across the country. People like to think that entertainment is easy - that it is all fun and games. Well, they only see the end results. I challenge anyone who thinks it's easy to travel in and out of times zones repeatedly - sometimes within the same week! For weeks and months at a clip... always being ON regardless of how you're feeling that day. Consistent rejection without even receiving the courtesy of knowing that you were not awarded a role. Hahaha, people have no idea how rough the industry actually is... but I digress. End rant. I felt I needed to explain my use of the word whirlwind for the month I had... yet, I smile. Hahaha, anyway - here are a few stand-outs from the aforementioned crazy month.

  • The Syndicate Smokedown – A fiery battle of the BBQ masters for a good cause

Fort Worth, Texas. What an incredible event with insanely talented competitors as well as local OG's in the BBQ game who were presenting at the festival, too. It's always a pleasure judging and hanging with my pals Misty Banchero, Lee Anne Whippen, Derek Wolf & Shannon Morgan. This was my second year doing the Smokedown and I am humbled to be a small part of this well-oiled machine! It is unreal how much this event has grown in just a few years - and the competition? Absolutely fierce. Anyone looking for an insanely cool festival that offers it all... literally - I would suggest getting on a virtual live immediately to purchase tickets for 2026 as in 2025, we SOLD OUT! If you want to inquire about attending next year's festival; or competing there... visit them at their official site HERE. You can also watch my promotional video HERE as well as my re-cap HERE.

  • Brisket King NYC – Judging the best brisket the Big Apple has to offer

Queens, New York. I've said it before, and I'll say it again... Jimmy at Food Karma does an incredible job putting together the most delectable events that the big city has to offer! 2025 Brisket King was nothing short of hugely successful with an insane display of culinary awesomeness. This year's winner was Smoke Sweats Barbecue - who thoroughly deserved to take home the top title with his bite of pure brisket love worthy of the crown. Honestly, I never cease being amazed by the competitors who bring their A+ game year-after-year! This is another event that you do NOT want to sleep on (sleep AFTER you eat yourself into oblivion) - run, don't walk - to get your tickets for 2026 as soon as they are available! Make sure to check out my recap HERE.

  • Halfway to Halloween Festival 2025 Celebrating the spooky spirit with fans and frights

Riverside | Jurupa Valley, California. Another one of my favorite events of the year! This is the second go-around with the good folks at Halfway to Halloween and I can tell you... they just keep getting better! I absolutely love this festival as it has everything you could possibly want under one roof... well, umm... sky! I'm enjoying watching this event grow from the inside out and urge all my Halloween, Horror, Gothic and Paranormal fiends to hone and zone in on this festival - it can only get better from here! I want to send a thank you to the Riverside Scene for their article, as well as the Sin City Press for their article - I greatly appreciate the kind words. If you want to check out some other stuff from the event, please check out my interview with I Prefer Halloween HERE, as well as a grouping of promotional videos I did for the event that you can either find on my Official Instagram or my CollaBrim-ations page.

All That and Still SO Much More...

Mezmeralda, Brimstone, Mallory Lewis & Lamb Chop
Mezmeralda, Brimstone, Mallory Lewis & Lamb Chop

Are you bored yet? As usual - I can go on like the song that never ends! Speaking of which, for those of you who haven't been following my social media or The Grindhouse Radio - I am currently working on a project with the legendary Lamb Chop and Mallory Lewis. I can not say too much about it at this time, but the show is called, Love Sucks and the lead is Mezmeralda Moonlight - a Vampire puppet with a LOT of history! I can't wait for this to continue progressing and to share it with all of you when the time is right. I'll be sure to sprinkle updates into all my shows whenever I have the opportunity... at least you can see signs of life from me weekly by tuning in! Remember that you have Within Brim's Skin, The Foxy Fox & Big Lion Daddy Show, and of course The Grindhouse Radio to which if I have not mentioned - was again crowned the Best Streaming Radio Station on Long Island 2025 (Thank you!) - which means over nine years of winning honors from BoLI, as well as an SB100 Award Winner 2024

(Best Small Business Awards). Furthermore, I'm excited to announce that GHR is coming up on our 500th Episode and 10 Year Anniversary! It is crazy how quickly time flies. That being said - YES... I am sorry that the Dirty Little Secrets Club has been on a hiatus for what seems like forever! Dayna and I have discussed it and we are looking to come back as soon as possible, so don't give up on us! Also, Truly Inconsequential will be making its way back soon as well - Mr. Greer and I have already recorded a few episodes, but we have changed up the format a

little bit. Please be patient with us as we navigate how we can distribute the best final products out to you the listener - it'll be worth the wait!

Touring in general has been hectic - I have had a little down time here and there, but minimal in the grand scheme of things. I thoroughly enjoyed visiting my friends over at Affliction Clothing - You can see a recap of my visit by watching HERE. The place is undeniably badassery at its finest! As one of my endorsement partners - they have always been very good to me, so it was fantastic to visit and actually meet everyone in person. Rumor has it that we MAY be working on a potential Brimstone | Affliction collaborated t-shirt to raise money for a charity... so stay tuned for any

info on that as it comes available. I also had the pleasure of hanging out with my friends at Funko Pop! in Hollywood - the location is tremendous and I absolutely loved every second of my visit. Make sure to catch my recap of the visit HERE. Another really fun experience was Portal One Arcade - if you were NOT one of the people who got to play against me in the LIVE event, virtually online... that sucks! Haha, but perhaps there will be another opportunity? Their studios were badass and the team there was great to work with. You can see a little bit of the behind the scenes experience by watching HERE and HERE.

Lastly, I wanted to tell you all about the Public Service Announcement that I did in conjunction with for Kars-4-Kids in order to raise awareness about NOT leaving children or pets in hot cars... not even for a few minutes. Please watch my video HERE and let's all work together to keep those who can not speak for themselves safe!

Please Make Sure to Follow for More

Thank you all SO much for sticking around, as well as for your continued support! I greatly appreciate it! Please make sure to keep up with all things Brimstone - whether it’s exclusive product drops, behind-the-scenes content, tour dates, or more - be sure to watch my website and follow me on Instagram.
